Not average tech support? We’re not an average managed services provider.
Our promise: We encourage you to pursue your passion, never stop learning, and become a subject matter expert in areas that excite you. We’re looking for business-savvy technologists who have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to provide superior support that goes far beyond traditional managed services.
Don’t just fix problems. Deliver outstanding solutions.
We believe strong, efficiently run and maintained core systems are the foundation on which a business endures, grows, and innovates. Organizations that run them well are better positioned to achieve and exceed business objectives.
At West Monroe, we are dedicated to the highest possible standards when it comes to running our clients’ systems and core processes. Whether providing service desk support or helping a company run software applications that enhance operations (like Salesforce), our blend of business analysts and deep technologists are ready to problem solve. We don’t just make suggestions or quick fixes — we get to know the business of our clients and consistently bring ideas and solutions to the table.
Our award-winning team is collaborative, innovative, and passionate about providing next-level service to our clients.
At any given time, you might:
- Provide expert technical skills to solve operational problems or help implement new technologies, whether cloud or traditional on-premise solutions.
- Share insights on best practices and new features on key applications, along with a practical roadmap for continuous enhancement.
- Lead a team in proactive, 24/7/365 management of data flows and reporting for an international company.
Ready to see what your career might look like?
100 Days: Take a glimpse into your first few months on the job.
Our clients' needs can change on a daily basis — and so do the activities of our analysts, engineers and architects. No two career paths are the same for our staff, just like no two days will be the same. Here’s a glimpse of one engineers journey. When you join WMP, you’ll create your own!
Day 1: Meet your new work family.
You’re introduced to the West Monroe Performance Services practice, who you’ll collaborate with on a daily basis. On your team, you’ll find mentors, partners, and protégés. You’re an integral piece of the puzzle, and we’re glad you’re here.
Day 30: Just getting started.
You’ll dive right in, rolling up your sleeves to begin managing the application and making enhancements. However, the West Monroe difference means you’ll also get to know the client’s business, and begin bringing your own ideas to the table for how they might improve their application capabilities.
Day 100: Become the expert.
Now that you hold a Salesforce Platform Developer certification you want to help other new hires acquire the credential. Host a lunch-and-learn, sponsored by the company, to share your experience and help others prepare. Perhaps even lead a committee, through our “Chiefs” program, to formalize training and develop other consultants.
