Inclusion and Diversity

Inclusion & Diversity

To.Get.There. Together.

Our mission at West Monroe Partners is to build the next generation of leaders – and Inclusion & Diversity is key to this mission. We know that an inclusive culture attracts and retains talent that enables us to create meaningful careers within West Monroe and the next generation of leaders.

Although we may not always realize it, we know that we are not always as inclusive as we intend to be. Because of this, we accepted the challenge and are actively working on ways to build a more inclusive culture for everyone at West Monroe.

Diversity is a major success factor in our high performing organization, but diversity can only thrive in a workplace culture of inclusion. We’re committed to building it together.

We have created an Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Council, facilitated inclusion workshops across all of our offices and have produced thought-leadership on building an inclusive culture. Furthermore, we have formed key partnerships with the organizations below:

The Tipping Point

As we’ve grown to more than 800 people in 11 offices across the United States, fostering an inclusive environment becomes more challenging. Understanding that you cannot have diversity of thought, experience and approach without inclusion, we began a journey in 2016 to strengthen our culture of inclusion.

We launched a four-part series focused on what we hope will be an open conversation about inclusion first and foremost and, ultimately, diversity. To date, we've launched part one (The Tipping Point) and part two (Building a Unified Team in a Merger or Acquisition).

Empowering Women

We recognize the importance of investing in women employees and preparing them for leadership roles. That's why we launched a partnership with Ellevate Network - to help build the next generation of female leaders in the firm.

As a people-first organization, we know that the only way to get there, is TOGETHER. Watch how West Monroe worked together with Mallory to help her build a meaningful career while also having a fulfilled family life.
