Doing Good

Doing Good

We don’t just want to do well. We want to do good.

More than making money, people want to do work that matters—both from a professional and philanthropic standpoint. They want to work for an organization that aligns with their values and beliefs, and they want to make a difference in their communities and the world. We believe in creating opportunities for our people to make a deeper impact and bring about change for the greater good.

So, we recruit talent interested in making a real, sustainable impact on the world at large. To encourage people to fulfill their altruistic goals beyond these four walls, we’ve instituted programs and initiatives to make a difference in our communities and the world.

The Fischer Global Service Fellowship Program

The Fischer Global Service Fellowship Program provides West Monroe employees a three- to six-month leave from their day job to support a philanthropic and humanitarian issue of interest, anywhere in the world. Our 2018 class of Fischer Global Service Fellows will be supporting economic development in Swaziland, community infrastructure in Indonesia, and the refugee crisis in Greece. West Monroe’s National Day of Change: Making an Impact, Together

For the third consecutive year, West Monroe united across the firm to give back to the people and organizations in our communities. On June 1, we set aside consulting for a day to allow all our employees to participate in a “National Day of Change.” The National Day of Change is our commitment to giving back to the communities where our people live and work. This year was bigger and better than ever as it is the first year we dedicated a workday to include all employees in the effort!
