We don’t just want to do well. We want to do good.

More than making money, people want to do work that matters—both from a professional and philanthropic standpoint. They want to work for an organization that aligns with their values and beliefs, and they want to make a difference in their communities and the world. We believe in creating opportunities for our people to make a deeper impact and bring about change for the greater good.

So, we recruit talent interested in making a real, sustainable impact on the world at large. To encourage people to fulfill their altruistic goals beyond these four walls, we’ve instituted programs and initiatives to make a difference in our communities and the world.

At West Monroe, we believe that we have a social responsibility to give back to our community. Our “National Day of Change” is a volunteer initiative that gives us a deeper sense of what it means to do good. We are a community comprised of determined and innovative people, but it is our shared value of social responsibility that unites West Monroe across all offices.

The Fischer Global Service Fellowship Program

Our fellowship program supports our employees’ philanthropic and humanitarian interests with an extended three to six month compensated leave. These fellowships benefit the health & wellness of the disenfranchised, aid in combating poverty, support disaster relief, and seek to educate and empower people around the world.
