Inclusion and Diversity

Inclusion & Diversity

To. Get. There. Together.

Our mission at West Monroe Partners is to build the next generation of leaders – and Inclusion & Diversity is key to this mission. We know that an inclusive culture attracts and retains talent that enables us to create meaningful careers within West Monroe and the next generation of leaders.

Although we may not always realize it, we know that we are not always as inclusive as we intend to be. Because of this, we accepted the challenge and are actively working on ways to build a more inclusive culture for everyone at West Monroe.

A Conversation About Inclusion & Diversity

As we’ve grown to more than 1,000 people in 9 offices across the United States, fostering an inclusive environment becomes more challenging. Understanding that you cannot have diversity of thought, experience and approach without inclusion, we began a journey in 2016 to strengthen our culture of inclusion.

We launched a series focused on what we hope will be an open conversation about inclusion first and foremost and, ultimately, diversity.

Diversity is a major success factor in our high performing organization, but diversity can only thrive in a workplace culture of inclusion. We’re committed to building it together.

Empowering Women

We recognize the importance of investing in women employees and preparing them for leadership roles. That's why we have the Women's Leadership Network - to help build the next generation of female leaders in the firm.

Celebrating Pride at West Monroe

WMPride is open to both LGBT+ employees and supporters and is designed to support and encourage the ongoing growth and success of our LGBT+ employees and community at WMP. Read our blog post to learn why WMPride members think our new ERG will help us continue to build an inclusive culture at West Monroe, and why they are excited to participate.
